around this directive. Therefore Frost Service provides, in essence,
mission-critical actions and product that will ensure your lighting and sound
performance systems are always working, any time of day, all year round.
We have worked hard and over many years we have gained the
history and experience, the equipment and workplace, and the skills and staff to
maintain this guarantee.

Free technical support during regular business hours.
Supplies of emergency back up equipment should your systems
fail.
Replacement customised system manuals available, including
your "as-built" system and installation diagrams.
Ongoing maintenance and system training workshop plans.
Standard one year warranty and optional three, five, and ten
year warranties on system installations.
A staff of competent trained technicians, ready when you

In House Service
We operate a fully staffed and stocked service department on
the premises to ensure your equipment can be repaired as quickly as
possible.
"Oddball" parts are usually no problem. We have a
stock selection of older and refurbished parts, and extensive outsourcing
resources for items we don’t have.
Our equipment includes many "real world"
components to ensure that our test procedures closely mimic your workplace.
If you can imagine it, we can build it – custom panels,
converters, cables, or otherwise.

Service Policies
RMA: All items to be returned to us must for service be
clearly marked with a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number. To
obtain this number, contact us with your concern via telephone, fax, or
email, and the number will be sent to you immediately.
Warranty service, unless specifically noted, does not
include shipping or freight charges.
An additional handling charge may apply for shipping any
product.
All shipping is at the risk of the customer.
"Estimates" or "Quotations" are not
guaranteed to be accurate. Parts and Labour will be billed as used for the
repair at its completion.
Minimum order amounts apply to all evaluations for
estimation or quotation purposes.
All service work is guaranteed for 30 days. This limited
guarantee covers parts and labour for defective workmanship or faulty
components only.
Only the individual manufacturer’s service warranties or
guarantees cover "Return-to-Manufacturer" warranty repair service.
"Rush" orders may incur charges above and beyond
the published service rates.
Where warranties do not cover abuse, Frost or its agents
shall retain the right to determine if damages were caused by defective
workmanship/product, or abusive product use.
All temporary replacement equipment provided to the customer
will become subject to the Rentals Terms and Conditions.
Environmental disposal charges, as applicable for hazardous
materials pertaining to the service work, will be charged back to the
customer.
