Electrovoice EVID Series
The ID in EVID is for innovative design of high quality
foreground/background music systems. Nine models comprise the EVid
series. Four surface mount speakers include the 6.2 with dual 6" LF
drivers and a 1" Ti /waveguide, the 4.2 with dual 4" LF drivers and a 1"
Ti /waveguide, the 3.2 with dual 3" LF drivers with a .75" Ti direct
radiator. The 12.1 subwoofer was designed to augment and extend the
fullrange model's low frequency response and completes the line. Five
ceiling speaker models comprise the EVID line and include the compact
powerful C4.2, The C8.2 and 8.2LP high output models, the C8.2HC
controlled coverage high ceiling model, and the C10.1 high performance
ceiling subwoofer.
Surface Mount Systems
EVID surface mount speakers are not just another box, or trapezoidal
system, EVID is different. It's unique design concept combines style
with audio performance for several benefits. An aesthetic design using
organic curves fits into many decors and themes, it does not look like a
traditional loudspeaker. This allows better integration for a more
invisible sound system, while not distracting from a commercial or theme
environment. All models all available in black or white, and can easily
be painted the match the décor.
Ceiling Systems
EVID ceiling speaker systems are high performance, easy to install,
visually attractive systems designed for background/foreground audio
support in a wide variety of applications such as retail storefronts,
hotels, auditoriums, office spaces and shopping malls. EVid systems
offer specific, tailored acoustic solutions for these applications
through their unique design.

Electrovoice QRx 112/75
The QRx-112/75 is a 12-inch two-way,
full-range loudspeaker system with 300 watts continuous, 1,200 watts
peak power handling. Can be easily biamped DH7 3-inch voice coil
compression driver delivers beautifully detailed sound Asymmetrical
75° x 50° fully rotatable constant-directivity horn. In the
factory-delivered position, the horn provides a 15°up/35° down
vertical coverage pattern. The fully rotatable horn means that
regardless of cabinet position, pattern control is fully
user-determined. Five-sided cabinet design allows the system to be
used as a floor monitor, as a front-of-house system or to be tucked
tightly against a ceiling for low-profile applications. Built-in
L-track rigging on top and bottom of enclosure and single-stud
pull-up point on the back. The system is shipped with 4 Ancra
single-stud fittings. Enclosure is built of 13-ply, void-free,
grain-oriented plywood and finished in Futura, a baked-on
polyurethane finish that is rugged and durable. Available in black
or white. Ring-Mode Decoupling for pure, accurate vocals and rich
reproduction of instruments

handling. Can be easily biamped with 400 watts LF and 75 watts
HFcontinuous DH73-inch voice coil compression driver on an
asymmetrical 75° x 50° fully rotatable constant-directivity horn. In
factory-delivered position the horn provides a 15°up/35° down
vertical coverage pattern. The fully rotatable horn means that
regardless of cabinet position, pattern control is fully
user-determined Five-sided cabinet design allows this main PA system
cabinet to easily conform to duties as a floor monitor, as a
front-of-house system or to be tucked tightly against a ceiling for

Electrovoice QRx 118S
18-inch subwoofer system with 600
watts continuous, 2,400 watt peak power handling. Delivers 126 dB
SPL 1 w/1 m (132 dB peaks 1 w/1 m) at full power EVX-180B 4-inch
voice coil driver for maximum LF reproduction power with minimum
enclosure volume. Delivers solid bass response to 36 Hz Enclosure is
the same width as QRx115 for easy stacking and transportation.
Includes 1-3/8-inch stand mount and 30-inch steel pole for use with
full range cabinets without the need for extra mounting stands.
Enclosure is built from 13-ply, void-free, grain-oriented birch
plywood finished with Futura, a sprayed-on polyurethane finish that
is very rugged. Available in black or white finishes.
